Crafting Memorable Culinary Experiences

Welcome to my website!

My name is McKenna and I am a self-taught chef based in the South Bay. I started cooking at a young age -- my passion clear in the 10 page "how to make the perfect pancakes" essay I wrote in elementary school. After making the decision that the healthcare industry wasn't for me, I returned to my love for cooking and started hosting "pop-up dinners" for my friends. Over the past year these dinners have grown to become formal dining experiences; and more recently 9 course kaiseki dinners. My culinary adventure this last year has taken me to stage at Donato Enoteca in Redwood City, solo catering a 30 person dinner event, and cooking for private dinner parties. Going forward I hope to continue experimenting with Asian flavors and new dishes, branch out into the personal chef meal-planning service, and host many more pop-up dinners.
